Recipe (Serve 4)
To make Pasanda you will need the following ingredients in addition to the pack:
500-800g chicken, beef or lamb. A vegetarian, or Vegan version can also be made using, eggs, paneer or pre-cooked vegetables.
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tomato purée
1 tbsp sugar
150g Greek style yoghurt or single cream, for vegan version use 'Alpro single'
½ cup finely chopped fresh coriander
