Vindaloo curry spice mix blended with our unique dehydrated curry base sauce mix.

Vindaloo spice mix contains: Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Turmeric, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves, Bay leaf, Cardamom, Mustard seed, Nutmeg

Recipe (Serves 4)
To make Vindaloo, you will need the following additional ingredients:

500-800g chicken or lamb, beef, fish, king prawns, eggs, paneer or vegetables
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 x 25 mm pieces of cooked potatoes
1 tbsp of tomato purée
½ tbsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh, chopped, coriander for the garnish
1 tsp salt
Optional: 2 small green chillies for a really fiery curry
